What we do

A level of service for every member

We match the vehicle and the crew to the member's needs — never the other way around.

Ambulatory sedan & van

For members who walk with or without a cane. Curb-to-curb and door-to-door assistance.

Wheelchair-accessible van

Lift- or ramp-equipped vehicles, with trained securement of the member and their chair before the wheels turn.

Stretcher van

For members who must remain reclined in transit, with a secure gurney and a two-person crew where required.

Non-emergency ambulance

Basic and advanced life-support capable transport for covered, non-emergency medical needs.

How it works

From reservation to signature

Every trip is pre-authorized, assigned a unique Trip Number, and documented end to end.

1 · The ride is requested

A member, a caseworker or a facility books transport. We receive daily reservation requests and confirm receipt.

2 · Eligibility & assignment

The trip is verified and assigned to an eligible driver and vehicle, and a unique Trip Number is generated for the date of service.

3 · We confirm the pick-up

We confirm the scheduled pick-up time with the member at least 24 hours ahead, and the driver announces arrival at the door.

4 · The trip is tracked live

Real-time events — On My Way, Arrival at Pick-Up, Pick-Up, Arrival at Drop-Off, Drop-Off — plus route data for every leg.

5 · Completion & signature

The member (or an authorized representative) signs electronically at drop-off, and the completed trip log supports the claim.

Who signs the trip log?

The member signs. If a member cannot sign, a household member, a designated caretaker, or a representative of the drop-off facility signs in their own name and notes their relationship (for example, “J. Doe – facility nurse”).

A driver or attendant may never sign the member's name on their behalf.

Door-to-door, not just curb-to-curb

Where a trip calls for it, the driver parks, meets the member at the threshold of the primary entrance, assists them into the vehicle, and walks them to the entrance at the destination.

Our service standards

Commitments you can hold us to

These are operating standards, measured and reviewed — not slogans.

On-time pick-ups

“On-time” means at the scheduled time or within 15 minutes after it. Monthly average wait must stay within 15 minutes; no single wait beyond 30.

24-hour confirmation

We confirm each scheduled pick-up with the member at least one day ahead, so nothing is a surprise.

Fair no-show rule

The driver waits at least 10 minutes past the scheduled time before a member can be marked a no-show — and notifies dispatch before leaving.

Will-call within the hour

For return trips from an appointment, we arrive within 60 minutes of being notified the member is ready.

Hospital discharge in 3 hours

Same-day discharge reservations are picked up within three hours of acceptance.

Multi-load, capped

No member rides more than 45 minutes beyond the direct travel time when trips are shared.

Trust & compliance

Care that stands up to scrutiny

We operate inside the rules that govern Medicaid- and Medicare-funded non-emergency transportation.

Privacy & HIPAA

Member health information is used only as needed to perform transport, safeguarded, and reported on if ever compromised.

Screened drivers

Criminal background checks before service and repeated annually, with screening against exclusion databases.

No balance billing

Members are held harmless — we never bill a member for amounts that are the legal responsibility of a health plan.

Insurance

Commercial auto, general liability, and workers' compensation coverage, with required insured endorsements in force.

Dignity for all

Service without regard to age, sex, race, creed, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, or condition.

Records kept 10 years

Trip logs, manifests and billing documentation are preserved and available for audit.
