Zoe Care LLC is a Colorado non-emergency medical transportation provider. We exist to remove one ordinary barrier — getting to and from care — so members can focus on something else.
Coordinate, don't improvise
NEMT only works when it is planned. That means confirming rides a day ahead, matching the vehicle to the member rather than the schedule, tracking every leg of the trip, and documenting the result so claims stand on their own.
We built our operation around those habits because they are what actually get people to dialysis on time and home safely afterwards.
