Be screened & cleared
A clean criminal background check, a motor-vehicle record review, a drug screen and screening against exclusion lists — before your first member, and at least annually after.
Be trained & certified
First aid/CPR, defensive driving, passenger assistance, wheelchair securement, HIPAA and Fraud/Waste/Abuse training — refreshed on schedule.
Be the calm in the day
Courtesy, patience, respect and a professional appearance — a clearly visible name badge on every shift.
Follow the rules of the road
No hand-held phones, no smoking or vaping, no headphones, no unauthorised substances. Secure the member before you move, every time.
Document properly
Trip logs signed at drop-off, no-show attempts recorded, incidents reported within 24 hours.
Protect privacy
Member information stays confidential and is used only to perform the trip.

How onboarding runs
Apply
Send your details and a copy of your driver's licence.
Submit credentials
Work through the onboarding checklist — background check, MVR, drug screen, certifications and more.
Train
Complete the training program, including securement and HIPAA/FWA.
Get approved
Once your credentials and training are verified, your driver and vehicle are registered and you're cleared to drive.
