Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Carbonless application (the "App"), provided by Zoe Care LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Free features & Carbonless Pro

The App offers core scanning features for free, subject to usage limits (for example, a limited number of scans). Additional features are available through a paid subscription, Carbonless Pro.

• Monthly plan: $4.99 (USD) per month.
• Yearly plan: $29.99 (USD) per year.

Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices may change; any change will be presented to you before it takes effect.

Subscription terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via the App Store.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then. Any unused portion of a free period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we do not process payments directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by using it to process content you do not have the right to process, attempting to reverse engineer the App, or interfering with its normal operation.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you scan and create. Your documents are stored on your device; we do not claim ownership of them and do not access them.

Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Zoe Care LLC and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that text recognition or file conversion will be error-free or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoe Care LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
