This Privacy Policy explains how Zoe Care LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Carbonless mobile application (the "App"). We built Carbonless to keep your documents private: scanning, enhancement, text recognition, and file creation all happen on your device.
We do not have access to your scanned documents, and they are not transmitted to Zoe Care LLC.
Carbonless does not require you to create an account with us. To offer subscriptions, a limited amount of information is processed by trusted third parties:
Because your documents are stored locally, you control them. Deleting a document in the App, or deleting the App from your device, removes the associated local data. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained according to their respective policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information (for example under the CCPA or GDPR). Since we do not maintain accounts or store your documents, most of your data lives on your device and is under your control. For any request, contact us at zoecarellc@gmail.com.
Carbonless is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
