Zoe Care LLC ("Zoe Care," "we," "us") provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in the Denver metro area. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including in connection with our SMS text messaging program.
We collect information needed to provide transportation services: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, and trip date and time. This information is provided by you, your care coordinator, or the transportation broker that schedules your trips.
We use your information solely to schedule, provide, confirm, and document your transportation trips. This includes sending you SMS text message reminders about upcoming trips and processing your confirmation or cancellation replies.
With your consent, given at the time your trip is scheduled, we send SMS trip reminders and confirmations to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies with your trip schedule (typically one to two messages per scheduled trip). Message and data rates may apply. These messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 720-585-9954. Opted-out numbers are removed from future messaging.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. We share trip information only as required to deliver and document your transportation service (for example, with the Medicaid transportation broker that arranges your trips) or as required by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it only as long as needed for service delivery, billing, and applicable record-keeping requirements.
